Patricia Roche, D.O. attended New York Institute of Technology were she had an Honor and Challenge Scholarship. She then continued at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed internship at Brookdale Hospital Medical Center and residency at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine were she was Chief Resident.

Before joining ProHEALTH in 2007, Dr. Roche was in private practice for two years. Prior to that she was Associate Professor of Neuroradiology and Neurosurgery at Stony Brook University Medical Center. Dr. Roche completed her neuroradiology fellowship there and stayed on as an attending. During her fourteen years at the University, she acted as Co-Director of ENT imaging, was a member of the residency committee and faculty advisory committee. She was also involved in teaching, receiving the "Teacher of the Year" award. Her multiple research studies included stroke imaging, multiple sclerosis, intracarotid chemotherapy, MRS imaging of brain tumors, MRS imaging of head and neck tumors, percutaneous drainage of neck abcesses in children, virtual laryngoscopy and imaging of hydrocephalus, among others.

She is Board certified in Diagnostic Radiology with additional Board certification in Neuroradiology. She is a senior member of the American Society of Neuroradiology and is a member of the American College of Radiology among numerous other societies.
